How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We will endeavor to deliver orders within 3 to 7 working days subject to the provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However, force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
Refund During Sale Promotion
Please be aware, During Promotion, No refund & exchange is allowed at shops & Online refunds will be processed after promotion & it may take up to 3-5 working days.
How can I track my delivery?
Once you have placed your order, we will email you a Customer Order Number. With the help of this number, you can track your order. Along with the order number, you will receive an SMS once the order is being picked by the courier company containing the tracking number of your order. So that you can track your order easily.
Undelivered Parcel
Please note in case if parcel returns as undelivered due to customer negligence. The system will put the customer’s account on hold & for future orders customer have to pay us in advance.
Who Will Pay For the Return Cost?
We just exchange the product instead of giving a return cost.
