After cooking we carefully peel chilghozas (pine nuts) in house and pick and select only the fuller kernels to bring the consumers the most prestigious and premium quality unshelled chilghoza (pine nut) ensuring minimal wastage of food. Used in Middle eastern cuisine and pasta sauces, from Banu, Pakistan.
